By using Strokr, you acknowledge that your information may be processed as described in this notice.
We use information only to operate and improve the app experience, including creating brew records, displaying history, comparing brewing parameters, generating summaries or hints, supporting favorites, and maintaining your account-free local workflow.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or selling. We do not use your data for AI training, model optimization, or any unrelated purpose. We do not rent, trade, or sell user data. We use information only in ways that are necessary to provide the app’s features and maintain service quality.
Strokr does not perform facial recognition, biometric identification, face template creation, or any similar biometric analysis. The app is not designed to detect or identify people from photos.
If you choose to upload images, they are used only for the limited coffee-record purpose you requested, such as documenting brew details or supporting record enhancement. Any uploaded image data used for processing is deleted after processing is completed, unless you choose to keep it as part of your local record library on your device.
Depending on your location and the infrastructure used to run the service, information may be processed or stored in different regions or countries. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protection for your information.
Any infrastructure providers we use act only on our behalf and under our instructions. They are required by contract to protect data security and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

AI processing is limited to the features you choose to use, such as generating a brew summary, taste tags, or a next-brew suggestion. Processed content is handled only for the requested feature and is not used for model training, model optimization, or other unrelated purposes.
Temporary processing data is deleted after completion of the requested operation.
Information you provide directly: brew records, bean names, roast level, origin or processing method, grind setting, water temperature, dose, water amount, brew ratio, extraction time, yield, taste notes, ratings, remarks, favorite recipe markings, and any photos or comments you choose to add.
Automatically collected information: basic device and app information needed for functionality, such as app version, crash diagnostics, performance data, and usage events that help us maintain stability.
Cookies and similar technologies: if any web-based pages or embedded services are used, limited cookies or similar tools may be used for basic functionality, session support, and security. Strokr does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site profiling.
Strokr is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a user under 17, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, please contact us using the address below.
